The Seal of Orichalcos

The Seal of Orichalcos will be available in the Legendary Collection 3: Yugi's World the 27th of September. It will be Ultra Rare and 100% tournament legal.

The effect of The Seal of Orichalcos does this:

All monsters you control gain 500 ATK.Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects. While you control 2 or more face-up attack position monsters, your opponent cannot target your monster(s) with the lowest ATK for an attack. When this card is activated: Destroy all Special Summoned monsters you control. You cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck. You can only activate “The Seal of Orichalcos” once per Duel.


The Seal of Orichalcos works well with the card Demise of the Land.

You can activate Demise of the Land only if your opponent special summon a monster, then you can activate a field spell card from your deck.
When you activate The Seal of Orichalcos with effect of Demise of the Land, you will not have to destroy your special summoned monsters.

This ruling isn't a 100% official, but until someone from Konami tells otherwise, this ruling should be applied.
The reason is, an old ruling from the Upper Deck time, says that "If you activate "Ancient Forest" with the effect of "Demise of the Land" it will not change Defense Position monsters to face-up Attack Position."
All rulings from Upper Deck are supposed to be used unless Konami change the ruling itself.
The text of Ancient Forest and the one of The Seal of Orichalcos are formulated the same way ("When you activates this card,..." & "When this card is activated:...") which means both cards interact the same way with Demise of the Land.
And since Ancient Forest doesn't get it's effect when brought on the field by Demise of the Land, The Seal of Orichalcos won't get his neither.
