A quick review of the extra 20 cards of Photon Shockwave that we know so far

PHSW-EN081 Photon Sabre Tiger
Pretty cool dude. He is light (for Chaos Sorcerer, Black Luster and Honest) he is a Beast (Horn, Hamster) he can search for other ones like him. He can fit in a T.G. Skill Drain because there is Horn and Skill Drain (negating it's searching effect and his ATK decrease effect). So a card we will need in 3 copies.

PHSW-EN082 Evolsaur Pelta
When this card is Special Summon by the effect of an "Evoltile" monster: It gains 500 DEF. If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of an "Evoltile" monster: When this card is destroyed by battle: You can add 1 "Evoltile" monster from your Deck to your hand.

PHSW-EN083 Wind-Up Rabbit

Rabbit number 5 of this set (after Bunnila, Rabidragon, Des Rabbit and Rescue Rabbit)
Basically he can save one Wind-Up monsters per turn. You can trigger the effect of Wind-up Factory or Wind-Up Magician duting either player's turn with this Rabbit

PHSW-EN084 D-Boyz

Funny card, I really wonder how this card will be transleted in french. This card allow to special summon from the deck other D-Boyz and take dammages (1000 for each D-Boyz you summon) Of course you can find a use to this card, because after all, they are Dark Fiends, so you can summon Raviel with them, you can summon Necrofear with them, you can use them for the effect of Gate of the Darkworld, you can summon Galaxy Queen or Baby Tragon, but to me none of the possibilities I mentioned are worthy

PHSW-EN085 Latinum, Exarch of Dark World

If this card is discarded to the Graveyard by a card effect: If it was discarded from your hand to your Graveyard by an opponent's card effect, target 1 Fiend-Type monster on the field; Special Summon this card from the Graveyard, then that target (if any) gains 500 ATK.

Quite useless card in my opinion, but maybe some players will find a crazy combo to get the more out of Latinum. And he is level 6, so he can be used to summon some badass Rank 6 Xyz monster.

PHSW-EN086 Evolzar Dolkka
Very Similar to Evolzar Laggia. Laggia can negates 1 Summon, spell or trap by removing the 2 Dinosaur materials from it, and Dolkka can negates up to 2 monster's effects by removing 1 dinosaur material.
Dolkka will definetly be played, at least two copy per Rabbit Deck.

PHSW-EN087 Wind-Up Zenmaines

2 Level 3 monsters
If this face-up card on the field would be destroyed, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead. Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this effect was used this turn: Target 1 card on the field; destroy it.

This card is like Gachi Gachi Gantetsu, it's hard to get rid of it. But unlike Gachi Gachi, when Zenmaines lose one or more material by its effect, at the End Phase he can destroy one card on the field, which can be useful when you need to destroy a big monster.

PHSW-EN088 Xyz Territory

When an Xyz Monster battles another monster: During the damage calculation only, the Xyz Monster gains 200 ATK/DEF × its Rank. If this face-up card on the field would be destroyed by a card effect, you can detach 1 Xyz Material you control instead.

A nice card for a Xyz-based deck, but there is not really a deck at this point of the format who can take full advantage of this card. Maybe a Gadget Offering deck with some Malefic Stardust can used this Field.

PHSW-EN089 Dark Smog
Once per turn: You can target 1 monster in your opponent's Graveyard; discard 1 Fiend-Type monster and banish that target.

This card add to the deck Dark World another way to trigger your monster's effect. And it can be chained to cards like Glow-Up Bulb, Monster Reborn or Pot of Avarice, to stop any offensive maneuver from your opponent. Dark World have its own D.D. Crow!

PHSW-EN090 Sergeant Electro
Once per turn: You can target 1 Set Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; while this card is face-up on the field, that card cannot be activated.A Xing Zhen Hu Monster, nothing more.

PHSW-EN091 Vylon Ohm

When this card is Normal Summoned: Target 1 Equip Spell Card in your Graveyard; banish it, and add it to your hand during your next Standby Phase.
A Vylon Card which works well with its archetype, archetype we don't have yet.

PHSW-EN092 Laval Twinslayer

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner FIRE monsters
This card gains effects based on the number of "Laval" monsters in your Graveyard. ● 2+: Once per turn, if this card destroys a Defense Position monster by battle: it can attack once again in a row. ● 3+: During a battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing Battle Damage to your opponent.

Can fit in a Flamvell deck because he can be reborn with Rekindling.

PHSW-EN093 Gem-Turtle

FLIP: You can add 1 "Gem-Knight Fusion" from your Deck to your hand.
A very strong card to put only in a Gem Deck, when Hidden Arsenal 5: Steelswarm Invasion will be release.

PHSW-EN094 Laval Lancelot

You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If this card is Normal Summoned this way: This card is sent to the Graveyard during the End Phase. When this card on the field is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: You can add 1 of your banished FIRE monsters to your hand.
I find funny the fact that when he leaves the field by it's own effect, he can't activate his searching effect. Like other Laval monsters he work well with Flamvell monsters, but that's all.

PHSW-EN095 Gishki Beast

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower "Gishki" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position.

Nice effect, it probably will boost the Gishki deck, when it will be release.

PHSW-EN096 Gem-Knight Emerald

You can banish both this face-up card and one face-up Normal Monster you control to Special Summon 1 "Gem-Knight" Fusion Monster from your Graveyard.

I don't know if this card will be played, or if the archetype will be played, I just know that I never saw a japonese tourney won by Gem.

PHSW-EN097 Junk Defender
He can be special summoned when a attack is declared like a Battle Fader. It have 1800 DEF but can increase his DEF by 300 during any player's turn. And that's it. He guaranty a little defense and that's all he can give.

Oh wait, he is a warrior, so you can take it from the deck with Reinforcement of the Army. and he have 500 ATK and 3 stars, a perfect target for Debris Dragon.

PHSW-EN098 Metaion, the Time Lord
Cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck. If you control no monsters: You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects. You take no Battle Damage from battles involving this face-up Attack Position card. At the end of the Battle Phase in which this card battled: Return all other monsters on the field to the hand(s), then inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each monster returned. During your Standby Phase: Shuffle this face-up card into the Deck.

To resume, you can search for Metaion via Sangan but you can't summon  Metaion via UFO Turtle. It's a Fairy, so you can special summon it from the hand with Valhalla, you can summon it from the hand like a Sirocco (even better, no need for you're opponent to control a monster). Metaion can not be destroyed, but he is helpless versus Caius, Raiza, Brionac, Trishula, ... No damage from a battle with Metaion (pretty cool because he got 0 ATK). Metaion has a burn effect. And during your next Standby Phase, Metaion goes to the Deck.
This card isn't very powerful just because it can't stay on the field more than 2 turn (yours and your opponent's)

PHSW-EN099 Infernity Knight

Very disapointed we get Infernity Knight instead of Infernity General, which is way more useful. Infernity Knight can help discard card from the hand and reborn himself in the same process. But it is when it is destroyed and send to the graveyard, so he needs to be summon (preventing from summoning something more powerful like Necromancer, Mirage or Archfiend). It needs to be destroyed so your opponent have to activate something like Torrential Tribute or Mirror Force, but in order to do that, your opponent have to see Infernity Knight as a threat, with his 1400 ATK, the Knight will not be much of a difficulty to your opponent. To finish on Infernity Knight, there is much easier ways to discard 2 cards and easier way to have stronger monsters on the field, or Infernity monsters on the field or graveyard.

That's it, hope you liked it ^^
